Executive Director
Laurie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Washington, with a Masters of Social Work and Alcohol and Drug Certification. She has provided leadership and clinical expertise to programs servicing people who have struggled with mental health and addiction problems in roles spanning from Consultant, to Clinical Director, to Clinician. Laurie is grounded in Motivational Interviewing practices and believes that people can make significant changes in their lives with individualized support and practical guidance. She places high values on acceptance of diversity and seeking to understand others. She graduated from the Master of Social Work program at Portland State University and received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon.
Forrest Sippey, MSW, CDP, NCACII
Clinical Director
Forrest has been working as a Chemical Dependency and Qualified Mental Health Professional for over 10 years. Forrest has a degree in Addictions Counseling, a degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Social Work. He has extensive experience working with many different populations including severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and other criminal offenders, as well as individuals from diverse cultures. He returned to the Pacific Northwest about a year ago from Alaska where he worked in a Behavioral Health Department of the regional hospital primarily serving Inupiat Eskimo population. There, he helped to resolve social and behavioral issues caused by severe alcohol and drug dependency.

Justene Dillard, CDPT
Justene is a Chemical Dependency Intern from Clark College. She brings enthusiasm and cutting edge "best practices" to the field. "I have a passion to help people who are nearing the end of their rope and want to help people learn the best tools to obtain and sustain their recovery."
